About Patterson Park Lofts

Originally built in 1889 and renovated in 2016, Patterson Park Lofts is a historic conversion and adaptive reuse project that upholds and restores the charming character of the former church.  Each of our apartments showcases distinctive features and architectural details that pay homage to the building's storied past while embracing modern comforts.
